Get ready to make an appetizing and nutritious breakfast with the following recipes.

A bowl of cereal with a dash of sliced strawberries

Sometimes, going simple is always the best course of action. And what is more simple than a dish of cereal. But for our cereal choice, we recommend eating a bowl of high fiber cereal. Fiber is known for its low metabolism rate while providing a healthy dose of calcium. Its low quantities of fat mean that you are cutting down on your calorie intake while not necessarily eating more food cumulatively.

To provide a balance in your meal and also add in some vitamins, you should add some sliced strawberries to your bowl of cereal. To be more specific, strawberries are filled with Vitamin C and antioxidants. This reduces the action of radical compounds in your body while strengthening of your immune system. Strawberries also serve to add some bit of spontaneity and extra savory taste to your food.

A sausage egg and cheese omelet

All you need to make a sausage, egg, and cheese omelet is one minute, a microwave, and of course the ingredients for the meal. This meal serves as an excellent punch of energy to those with a packed morning and probably afternoon. With one serving, the next meal you will probably be eating is a late lunch at around 4 p.m.

In a cereal bowl, beat your egg together with a tablespoon of milk. Add a decent amount of sausages before placing it in a microwave for about half a minute. Microwave until ready before sprinkling on some shredded cheese of your taste. Fold the ready omelet onto a plate. You can pair your meal with a glass of milk and bread to complete the healthy and filling meal.

A healthy glass of fruit smoothie

This list would not be complete without having one of the easiest and healthiest meals on it. The path to having a fruit smoothie begins with choosing the fruits you are going to toss into your blender. A blend of avocado and bananas or bananas and strawberries could work just fine. Add in some ice and there you go. To supplement, drop in a cup of yogurt and you have a healthy dose of calcium.
